HOW TO SPREE WITH JUICYMOD
EXCHANGE RATES
Taiwan Spree : SGD1.00 : TWD21.00 (subject to changes)
US Spree : Please see individual spree post for details.
SHIPPING FEES
A one-time payment. Please see individual spree post for details.
HANDLING FEES
A one-time payment. Please see individual spree post for details.
*Note*
The fixed Shipping and Handling Fees are based on our past conducted sprees and if the actual item is heavier when it arrives, we will require the spree-er to make a topup. This topup will be advised via email.
TRANSACTION FEE
Some Taiwan Suppliers imposed a Transaction Fee for payment made by Credit Card or PayPal.
This fee is a X% of the Total Amount Spent in TWD.
Spree-ers will have to bear this Transaction Fee and details will be provided in the Spree Details.
TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE
Calculated in this format:
[Total TWD/21] x Transaction Fee (if applicable) + [Shipping Fees x Type of Item] + [Handling Fees x No. of Items]

-POSB/DBS Internet Transfers
-ATM Transfers
Strictly no interbank transfer is accepted for the moment.
No Payment = No Order. No partial payment.
No reservation of items.
No cancellation of items after we have received your order via email.
We seek your co-operation to make Full Payment within 24 hours after we have provided you with the detailed breakdown of Total Amount Payable.
Please do not hold up the other spree-ers who have made prompt payment as we will only place the order with the Supplier when all payments are received.
After we have received your Full Payment and if your item is OOS-ed (Out-of-Stock) before it is shipped to Singapore, we will refund you the Total Amount (including all Shipping & Handling Fees) for that affected item within 2 working days.
DURATION OF SPREES
Duration of Sprees (Taiwan)
Order Submission --> Reply from Supplier
(about 2 to 3 working days)
Payment to Supplier --> Acknowledge receipt of Payment
(about 2 to 5 working days)
Supplier replenish stocks from factory --> Waiting Period
(about 7 to 21 working days)
From Supplier in Taiwan --> Parcel mailed to Singapore
(about 3 to 7 working days)
Total Duration estimated to be around 1.5 months to 2 months.
Please refrain from placing an order for Taiwan sprees if you are in a hurry to get your items. However, there are some instances where Suppliers have ready stocks on hand and they were able to mail out the items within 1 week.

Order Submission & Payment --> US Merchants
(about 1 to 2 working days)
US Merchants --> Acknowledge receipt of Order
(about 1 to 2 working days)
US Merchants --> Shipping the items to Singapore
(about 5 to 7 working days)
Total Duration estimated to be around 10 to 14 days.
QUALITY OF SUPPLIER’S MERCHANDISE
Items that are bought through the sprees here are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please take care to check the size and color chart provided by the Suppliers to ensure that you are buying the correct size and color.
Items will be distributed in the condition as it is received from the Supplier.
We do not unseal the storage bags to check your items.
Do note that some Suppliers do not pack the items individually into plastic bags but we will take care to ensure that your item is protected before we mail it out to you.
JuicyMod will not be liable for any damages or defects of any items bought from the sprees conducted here.
COLLECTION METHOD – MAILS
Mailing to a Local Address
Mail is only available now due to our busy schedules.
Please inform if you require Normal or Registered Mail.
We will weigh the item at SAM (Self-Service Automated Machine) and inform you of the local postage cost after the items arrive. Once we receive your topup amount for local postage, we will mail your item within 2 working days.
We will not be liable for any lost mails but we will include a return address just in case your items are not delivered due to a wrong address being provided.
We encourage spree-ers to opt for Registered Mail at an additional cost of S$2.24. This amount is imposed by SingPost and a Tracking Number will be provided for you to check the status of your items.
We will not be liable for any items that are damaged during transit or mis-handling by SingPost as we take extra care to protect your items before we mail them out.
UPDATES & OTHER INFORMATION
JuicyMod assures all spree-ers that any updates will be posted in the spree post and/or via emails.
JuicyMod reserves the right to extend or close any spree at any time depending on the response received. If any spree is closed due to poor response or stocks running low, we will refund all amount back to all affected spree-ers within 2 working days.
We try to respond to your queries within 24 hours. Do be patient with us if you do not hear from us after 48 hours. Your email could be lost in cyberspace and we will be glad if you could email us again.
By joining the sprees organized by JuicyMod, we deemed you have understood and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions listed above. We hope you have an enjoyable time spree-ing with us.
