We will get back to you within 24 hours to acknowledge your interest to purchase.
Once you receive our email, kindly make the full payment within 24 hours. When you have paid, email us with details of your payment.
Once we receive your payment, we will notify you and mail the item out within 2 working days.
MAIL
All prices stated are not inclusive of postage.
We will inform you of the postage cost after the item is weighed at Self-Service Automated Machine (SAM).
We encourage shoppers to opt for Registered Mail at an additional cost of S$2.24 where a Tracking Number will be provided for you to trace your item.
This way, you can set your mind at ease knowing where your items are.
Do note that we will not be liable for any lost mail or items damaged while in transit or due to mis-handling by the delivery man.
For the moment, we are able to meetup at Orchard MRT / Bukit Gombak MRT / Yew Tee MRT.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
We are sorry that we do not have an exchange/refund policy right now.
But we do take the effort to check each individual item and make sure that it is in good condition before we mail it to you. This way, you can be assured that you item is always in perfect condition.
OTHERS
Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-negotiable.
Shoppers are not allowed to reserve any items. Purchase is based on a first come first serve basis.
